Step 1: Access the Parks and Recreation Month Media Campaign spreadsheet.
Step 2: Download the post content via template links provided in the spreadsheet.
Step 3: Open your departments Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram).
Step 4: Go to the planner.
Step 5: Select create post.
Step 6: Copy and paste the suggested and corresponding caption from the spreadsheet.
Step 7: Upload suggested graphic.

Step 8: Publish post.
