Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 IPRA Conference & Expo. This event provides a fantastic opportunity to connect with a diverse group of park and recreation professionals, where you can engage in valuable discussions and networking opportunities. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Booth electricity is an add-on option for an additional $50 per booth. When you complete your exhibit booth application, you will be given the option to add electricity to your order. For any questions about electricity at your booth, please reach out to Rob Nagel at rob@inpra.org

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

At checkout, selecting the credit card option will incur a 3% processing fee. However, payments made by check will not have any additional processing fees. For all non-IPRA members, there is a $400 non-member fee, which includes an IPRA membership through the remainder of 2025.

About our exhibitors and show floor 

Exhibitors represent a broad spectrum of companies including playground equipment vendors, planners and consultants, construction management and installers, aquatic design and supply, surfacing and turf suppliers, and many more. Connecting with park professionals can be challenging given the busy nature of their work. The IPRA Annual Conference and Expo brings our professionals and suppliers together, and the show floor and networking events create a fun and relaxing atmosphere to help everyone make new connections and further existing ones.

Event Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the IPRA office/staff. A registration cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed for all cancellations received on or BEFORE September 11, 2025. No refunds will be given to registrants who cancel AFTER September 12, 2025. or who fail to attend the event (no show). Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time in writing to IPRA staff.

  • If the event is postponed due to public health concerns, registration fees will be retained and applied to the make-up date in the future.

Certificate of Insurance  

The Horizon Convention Center and IPRA require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) The Horizon Convention Center and the Indiana Park & Recreation Association as additional insureds in the amount of $1,000,000.   

Each exhibitor must supply this Certificate of Insurance to the IPRA no later than 30 days prior to the event. The Deadline to submit COI’s to IPRA is October 3, 2025.  Email COI to: rob@inpra.org or mail to: IPRA 107 Logan Street, Noblesville, IN 46060.
