Event Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the IPRA office/staff. A registration cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed for all cancellations received on or BEFORE September 15, 2024. No refunds will be given to registrants who cancel AFTER September 16, 2024. or who fail to attend the event (no show). Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time in writing to IPRA staff.

  • If the event is postponed due to public health concerns, registration fees will be retained and applied to the make-up date in the future.
